Website FAQs #2

Is there a search feature?
Yes, from the menu, select "Site Search."  If you use this feature before signing in, it will only show you those pages accessible to non-members (for example - you will not find members related to your search query).  Signed in as a member, you will be able to find members and restricted pages.

This is a great way for members to search ePubs and Vascular Biology Publication Alerts for specific articles.

Can I attach files to my profile?
Yes, members can maintain files & links within a personal file library associated with their profile.

You may add up to 100 files and/or links within your personal library (executable and video file formats are not available for upload). Each file is currently limited to a 15MB maximum size. With each file you upload you can indicate if it is "Visible in Profile" or hidden (private).

Can I start a new group within the NAVBO site?
Yes, there are two ways you can choose to do this.  You may set up a group of friends by "connecting" with them or set up site-wide groups by completing the Proposal for New Group form at http://navbo.yourmembership.com/?AddGroup
